Offer terms I built on (Carlos: correct anything before Callum shoots)
These are the working terms from the 2026-06-23 internal meeting. The whole pack is written to these. If any of these are wrong, the copy needs a pass before it ships.
- The promise: Carepatron gets a practitioner credentialed with a specified payer within 60 days, or they get a $200 account credit per practitioner (roughly two months of the Managed Billing service fee back).
- Scope: single payer, not all payers. The 60-day guarantee covers ONE specified payer (one of about 5), not every payer at once. Copy must never imply "credentialed with everyone in 60 days." Always frame it as your first/chosen payer.
- T&Cs guardrails (woven in subtly, not as fine print on camera): the practitioner has to provide correct documents and respond promptly. They can't run the clock down with bad or missing paperwork and still claim the credit. Messaging implies "you do your part, we do ours."
- Winning angle to lead with: competitors like SimplePractice advertise "free credentialing" that often never actually delivers. Carepatron puts real money on a real deadline. The contrast is "free but it never happens" vs "guaranteed, or we pay you."
- Audience: US-based practitioners, especially switchers frustrated with SimplePractice or their current biller, plus RCM / Managed Billing prospects.
Accuracy guardrails honored throughout this pack:
- The 60-day promise is labeled as single specified payer wherever it appears.
- No invented statistics about SimplePractice. The bait-and-switch is framed as a customer-frustration narrative ("ever notice...", "if you've waited months..."), never a cited number.
- The $200 credit is described as "about two months of the service fee," not an exact equivalence claim.
- "Free credentialing" claims by competitors are referenced as advertised promises that often stall, not as proven fraud.
How to read the scripts
- HOOK = first 3 seconds. This is the whole game on Reddit/Meta/IG. If the first frame and first line don't stop the scroll, nothing else matters.
- On-screen text beats are the captions/kinetic text. Keep them short, sentence case, high contrast. Brand: Helvetica Display Now, purple

- Captions are mandatory on every cut. Most of this plays muted.
Concept 1: the free credentialing trap
Angle: Bait-and-switch expose. Name the thing every switcher has quietly experienced, then flip to a guarantee with money behind it.

Angle: The guarantee stated plainly, as a challenge to the rest of the category. Confident, short, no gimmick. This is the LinkedIn flagship.
